Payment methods

At Playerland, your safety and convenience come first. Payments for your current region are processed through Nexi XPay, a secure payment gateway operated by Nexi, a European PayTech provider.

Playerland never stores your card details. Card data is entered on the secure payment page and handled by the payment provider using modern security, encryption, and authentication controls.

Nexi XPay

Nexi XPay supports secure card payments, including 3-D Secure authentication where required by your bank. After you confirm the payment, Nexi sends the payment result back to Playerland so we can complete your order.

Depending on your bank, you may be asked to complete additional verification before the payment is authorized. If authentication fails or the bank declines the payment, the order will not be completed and you can try again or contact support.

We accept major cards supported by Nexi XPay, including:

• American Express
• Maestro
• Discover (when supported)

Google Pay

On Android devices and Chrome browsers, you can complete your purchase instantly with Google Pay. Just choose Google Pay at checkout and confirm the payment directly on your device. Your card details remain private and protected by Google’s encrypted tokenization system.

Apple Pay

For Apple users, checkout becomes even faster. If you’re using Safari on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can pay with Apple Pay using Face ID or Touch ID. Apple Pay does not share your real card number—only a secure, device-specific token—making it one of the safest payment options available.
